My son purchased a ford focus online and had it delivered without seeing the car prior to purchase. Car was delivered to Liverpool from Birmingham but unfortunately developed a fault the next day This can happen with used cars however the company issued a full refund to my son within the agreed time period. From our experience this is a trustworthy company and did everything they agreed to do we were just unlucky with this particular car I would recommend using this company
