This company towed my car from my own condo complex where I had every right to be parked. By law, they are only supposed to take calls from an authorized representative (the management company). A nosy neighbor didn't recognize my car and called United. United did not verify who called and towed my car anyways. They ended up refunding me the tow fee after Bluffton Magistrate told me to take them to small claims court. They were also extremely rude even though they were in the wrong. Terrible company.

Recently, we experienced a minor damage to our Hyundai Tucson as a result of driving through a very large puddle during a rain storm. The undercover for our chassis had been ripped off of the screws.
