I just recently had a great experience here. I needed some quick help with my car and when they towed it in the guys at the desk were friendly, attentive, and showed genuine concern for the issue my car was having. I highly recommend them and will be back for any future auto repairs.
Nick from United Auto and Towing went above and beyond for me today. My truck had a check engine light on, and was running poorly. Nick helped out and got me back on the road in a few minutes. I gave a nice tip since I was in and out so fast. I also have them service my other vehicles too. They alway focus on customer service and that’s why I continue to go back when I need maintenance.
This. is by far one of the worst towing companies ever. My family had an unexpected incident that happened, and they handled it very unprofessional. They showed Very bad customer service skills. The manager there was so rude and showed no concern about what was going on. She walked out while he was trying to explain things. They only cared about the money. I wish I could give them a 0 one star is to much.
Had a suv towed by this company not by choice. Refused to drop it even after the police telling them they can and we can contact someone else.They made copies of personal information after being told we will not be picking it up. Refused to give them back. Never told me after speaking with them twice we needed cash. No signage in the door saying cash only. Actually have the visa and Mastercard logo on the door.
