Absolute nightmare. Incompetent staff, dishonest pricing, and zero communication. They overcharged me, wasted my time, and didn’t even fix the issue. When I complained, they shrugged it off like it was my fault. Total rip-off. Avoid this place at all costs.
We got a flat on 17 south in the middle of the night. Michael was there within 30 minutes to change our flat while the ground was sinking under our car! He saved us! Highly professional and reliable!

My car has never run smoother after having my tires replaced at United Towing and repair. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle was very helpful and facilitating. I did notice, however, that she was interrupted frequently by extremely unkind and aggressive phone calls. Let’s remember our manners folks. Parking illegally comes with consequences that are not the business owner’s responsibility. I would definitely return for repairs on my car to this location.
