Ask for Vahida. She is excellent. She goes all 9yards and further to give you the best. Highly recommended.
I have never in my life been treated so badly. This place is horrible and rude (except for one nice lady, but she couldnt help me) and they all need attitude adjustments. will NEVER go through them again
I have booked tkts to India with this agent more than 5 times. As one of the agents accepting credit card with out additional charges and prices competitively offered, I had no problems with this agent, until, I had to cancel a ticket recently.He accepted to refund, but said it will take UPTO 6 weeks.1. It turned out that the airline refunded in 2 weeks, but this guy did not refund the money to me in 2 weeks.2. After 6 weeks, I asked about status, now he says: Itll take AT LEAST 6 weeks !! I deal with United Tours & Travel for all my travel needs since 1995. Najib & Sohel (Sunny) always provided me an excellent service. They always go an extra mile to provide me the best fare possible. They are easily available. They always give me an honest assessment of the situation, and guide me to take the best decision for my travel plans. I can recommned to everyone.
You may not get a better air ticket fare with any other agencies. I booked my families ticket back and forth from US to India. Never had any troubles other than that they are mostly busy. Before you call them, make sure you have the clear plan about your departure date and return date, preferred flight/route etc. This will reduce the number of times you may need to call them.I would recommend them to anyone and I will buy the tickets from them again without any hesitation.
I booked my tickets on Singapore Airlines to India and received excellent service and rates. I would highly recomend their services for travel to india.
Let me tell you that I had to cancel my mothers trip to the US because these incompetent guys screwed up with the schedule.Watchout for the unfriendly staff (Najeeb and Sunny), especially Najeeb. He hung up on me while I was trying to sort out a problem with our tickets. Moreover, he just refused to help us!!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!
