Place is the best!
The service offering is good here. Had 3 cars worked on recently and all required additional work to pass inspection. They partner with you to get the work done and don’t push if you are unsure. I trust them.
Phone skills are really great. They answer the phone like they were trained in hospitality. It's very inviting and disarming, meaning if you have a complaint or going into the call pre angry, it's a very calm and near therapeutic understanding and let's you know they're there to help from the very start. This is just the phone call, I don't have many more characters left to go into depth. You hear "this is Bill" and you know. It's gonna be ok.
Always fair and friendly, they got my inspection done ahead of schedule. Very grateful.
