Fifth year in a row- five stars! Today Alex and Frank gave me immediate accurate advice when an idiot light flared up on my dashboard yesterday, fit me in this afternoon and I had my car back fully repaired in a few hours. This team has continued to consistently give me proactive suggestions on how to maintain my older vehicle- no upsell tactics, just good honest mechanics’ opinions- these guys know their stuff! Honest fair pricing, consistency, and complete integrity!
I have an older car, and I explained my situation when I brought it in for inspection. Frank and Alex were great to work with throughout the process. They kept me updated, were transparent about everything, and were friendly and professional. What I expected to be a week’s worth of work was completed in just two days. I really appreciated their honesty and efficiency. I would highly recommend Frank, Alex, and this shop to anyone looking for reliable service.
Took my car for a new tire and they let me know the lugnuts had to be replaced. This was something AAA had advised me of 6 months prior and told me they’d charge around $20 per nut. United only charged me $6 each, which a mechanic friend told me was basically at cost. Very happy with the fair and great service I received!
I think everyone is looking for a mechanic they can trust. This place has values…honesty, care, integrity. They genuinely want to be able to help and make lifetime customers by being fair and decent. *They do everything from engine repairs to inspections. Tires are only 20% of what they do. Give them a try and see for yourself…good people making a difference.
