The employee Frank is extremely rude
This place is great. Everyone that works there is amazing. They’re fast and reliable. Affordable prices and great service is a hard thing to find but you get it here. Up front and direct. Highly recommended.
I recently reached out to get an alignment for my car, I called and spoke with Irene who was very professional and welcoming. She was able to get me in same day which was a relief. When I arrived, I was greeted by Irene which was nice to put a welcoming face to a name, she got my vehicle right in for the alignment and went above and beyond to check out a noise that was coming from my driver front tire. The lady at the front counter, was completely unprofessional. Absolutely amazed she felt comfortable talking to me so rudely unprompted. The young man in the back helped me wonderfully however.
