As a single, budget conscious mother, it is very hard to find a mechanic I trust. Everyone at United Tire of East Caln is wonderful, professional, and courteous. Frank never pushes me to get anything I dont need and is always straightforward with the charges and what my car needs. He is the only one I trust with my car.
A little over a year ago I purchased tires at United Tire. Today while in NYC my dash informed me of low tire pressure. After filling the tire I called United Tire and they we're kind enough to get the car as soon as I arrived after driving from the city. Tire was fixed at no charge because they had suggested " Road Hazard Warranty" when I purchased the tires! Thank you United Tire! FAH, Parkesburg, Pa.
Franks service is second to none. We met him after we moved up from Miami in October 2017 and he has been nothing but helpful with all of our cars. He is honest and fair. United Tire is the only place touching my cars at this point. It has been almost a year and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I've been going to United Tire for as long as I can remember and the whole team has been incredible over the years. They are professional, courteous, friendly and thorough with their explanations of everything that should be done and fast every time. I've been to many mechanics before them but after going to United Tire, their customer service won my business. I highly recommend them.
