I do not recommend United Downingtown! They need an experienced store manager who will put a stop to overcharges, incomplete and shoddy mechanical work. "The asylum has been taken over by the inmates" e.g. incompetent mechanics who are clueless how to perform anything more than simple repairs. Frank when are you coming back, what a mess?!

Overpriced and under qualified they totaled one of my vehicles and nearly caused serious harm to my sister my not properly installing new tires causing them to fall off 5 minutes after she left the shop.

I get great recommendations for products and services, and my car comes back in better shape than when I dropped it off. Plus, their prices are unbeatable! Get there to get your work done!!

They took me the day after Christmas with no appointment, were very kind and understanding, quick, reasonably priced, clean bathroom, quaint wait area... all around two thumbs up
Very friendly & professional service! They know their stuff, and they have a nice waiting area, too.
Friendly, helpful staff and quick service! they also support local organizations (i.e D-WEST cheer) by letting them use the facilities for car washes - always nice to support companies that support locally.as well.
Quick, great prices, friendly staff and had my tires in stock that are normally a one day order!!!!
