I am currently receiving physical therapy at United Therapy Network, and I’ve had a great experience. The staff is very friendly, and the physical therapy team is wonderful; they maintain such a happy, positive, and encouraging environment throughout my sessions.
Noone picks up to make an initial appointment. Phone just rings and left multiple voice messages for a return call. Horrible customer service.
I attended this facility for my physical therapy. All the therapist that I did have were excellent nice caring. I only wish that the front office staff was a little more receptive. The therapist were very professional. Thank you!
Front desk is rude and one told me I had to get a new referral from my primary doctor because it’s been two months since I received it so I had a doctors appointment and my doctor told me there was no need for a new referral, referral had an end date for December. So this receptionist had me miss work for nothing.
