I've been seeing Dr. Nick for the past few months with hip and lower back pain. I feel the best I have in years. Dr. Nick is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cares for your well being and recovery. He has given me many different exercises to help with strengthening and relieving the pain I've been dealing with. I always look forward to my appointments. Thanks Dr. Nick!!
I just love going to this gym the coach’s are great and always have you as the focus, with tailored work outs. The other clients are all fun to work out with and very positive. Since going to the gym I utilize the physiotherapy as well which is top notch and the coach’s built exercises around your physio
My son attends the Football Academy, and Coach Lamar is outstanding. His energy, knowledge, and ability to connect with the kids make every session engaging and fun while helping them develop their skills and confidence. I also worked with David for knee rehabilitation, and the results were excellent. He was knowledgeable, supportive, and helped me get back on track. Great people, great atmosphere.
My 14 year old son has been going to Strive for approx a year now. He started off with athletic training, then had several physio appointments with David and also joined the Football Academy with Lamar and the other trainers.
