Thanks Ryan for your help over these years. Just want to say thank you and let you know I am not coming back... I booked the appointment with Outlook calendar opened in my computer screen, there is no way I misbooked the time. I was told have to come back 1 hour later, and got charged $25 since i couldn't. When i cleared my schedule and called back later, the spot was filled again. so, what is this $25 for? I understand you are running a business and want to minimize the waiting time. I can't say enough good things about the staff and trainers here at strive. I trained here for over a year working towards various fitness goals. All my programs and workouts were tweaked to fit my specific needs and goals. The trainers are encouraging and push you to be your best and they're some of the most knowledgeable trainers I've ever worked with.
