Horrible customer service. Why would you call me and ask why I ordered expensive towels and cheap washcloths. I ordered what I wanted. Then proceeded to tell me you ordered cheap thin washcloths but expensive towels and tried to upgrade me to a different set. Sir. Please send what I ordered. Tells me well when you get them don't try to send them back. Honestly. I like the scrubbing of the thin ones. Why go back and forth with a paying customer. So rude for no reason. I own a small embroidery business and I’ve been ordering fingertip towels from United Textile Supply for about a year. The towels I receive are far superior to the towels I’ve bought elsewhere. Like other posts, I do wish they would give an estimate of shipping cost upon checkout, but I have found the shipping to be reasonable.
I wish I could give 0 Stars!!!!! My order was supposed to be $57 and my bank was charged $80!!!! Horrible customer service too! When I called to ask as to why I was charged above the order amount, Patrick (the owner) said , "Well, ya see. There's shipping ya see. I had to ship it from Colorado." I told him I was well aware of shipping costs and that it shouldn't have cost that much. To make matters worse, I just received the product and it is AWFUL!
