This was a decent credit union more than two decades ago, but in recent years it has declined. This bank has too many inept employees. Several employees do not know basic bank procedures, do not return emails or phone calls. No wonder the lobby is always deserted. I am researching new banks now.
After my review on Google a week ago, I received a response from the company stating that their Member Care team has been notified about my experience. They provided a phone number, 732-530-8100 ext. 2530, and requested that I contact them so they can assist me further. Unfortunately, despite calling multiple times, I was unable to reach a representative. Each time I called, I was directed to a call back option, but no one ever returned my call.
