Over $500 missing out of my tax refund. Me my mother my grandmother been filing taxes with them for over five years. This has never happened here before. Words can’t describe how disappointed I am. I will be reporting this to the IRS.
The charge me for electronically file, they have my same bank information for over 10 years but call me to come pick up my check at the office I told them they charge me for electronic filing she said she. Didn’t knowing she DID, then explain what was the $400.00 I paid for then? Horrible business! WONT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN ! I wish I could gave ZERO STARS GID SITS HIGH AND LOOKS LOW !
