What a lovely experience! We are incredibly grateful for our experience with United Surrogacy. Jen and Alexis, our coordinator, were amazing. They were supportive, responsive, and genuinely kind. They answered every question quickly and ensured we had the information we needed. They even helped navigate US formalities we for sure would have struggled with on our own. I had the best experience working with United. This agency did a great job of matching my partner and I with a surrogate - I couldn’t have hand picked someone better to carry my baby. United also did a wonderful job walking us through the whole surrogacy process with ease. They explained things in detail, took time to answer all of our questions, and made everything so much less stressful/overwhelming. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone - even if you’re not in state!
WITHOUT PREJUDICE Would give - MINUS stars if possible. This is a review as IP's (ex Intended, post process with this company, thank god). We would not recommend working with them AT ALL. In our opinion and from our own experience, these women don't advocate for intended parents. We felt they were difficult to deal with, were often very insensitive and seemed to us like they went behind our back and worked against us on occasions , and often felt like they were creating a rift between our GC and ourselves. Jen and her team were amazing!! This was my second journey and the experience with them was far superior to the previous I had. They were with me every step of the way and helped calm any nerves and answer any questions I had. They helped me match with two of the most perfect IP’s and I know they helped them just as much. I would highly highly recommend going with United Surrogacy as your agency if you’re looking into surrogacy as an option to extend your family. You will not regret it at all.
This agency is the best! The ladies and support you get as a surrogate is unmatched. I was with another agency previously and I did not enjoy anything about them. I have done 2 journeys with this agency and working on my 3rd. I am very happy I found this agency and have made some great friends along the way.
