The surgeon, Dr. Gates, and his staff (Amy and Romana) continue to take time to ensure I am receiving the best quality of care, and communicate with me in a timely manner to make sure all my follow up questions are answered. I would highly recommend the independence office as I have had nothing but good experiences.

I had a procedure completed by Dr. Joseph and his team. The United Surgical Associated team excelled at thoroughness, overall communication, response time, and thier understanding of best practices in regards to the procedure and my recovery. For any general surgery needs, I highly recommend this team.
United Surgical Associates of Kansas City is an incredible group. I have had excellent service from everyone at this office. Dr. Sigi Joseph and his staff have been wonderful. Dr Joseph has removed my gall bladder previously and my recovery from the surgery was incredibly fast without any complications. I went back for weight loss surgery.. I tend to agree with the person that left the review that this place was a ripoff, we had an appointment for 12 noon October 5th 2023, the lights were out & the door locked, I called to find out why they weren't there, they called me back,they said they are not in the Coronadelet office on this day, but the person that made the appointment did not tell me that, but the person I was talking to seems to be very important, because she wanted to do all of the talking, and not listen to me, when I voiced that, she hung up, said t... read more
