I would give them a 0 star if I could. Do not trust their website or shipping promises. You can order elsewhere and save money on shipping that will deliver by the date they promise. After talking to their customer service rep, she confirmed their website is not up to date and doesn't update to reflect true shipping times. I contacted this company regarding a boot that is designed for walking with an injured foot (i.e. 360 Air Walker), and I asked Christina if this boot is designed for pre/post bunion surgery. Recently purchased a pair of united ortho walking boots through amazon prime. I use them for work. But the only thing is this: these boots i have aren't skid proof and that for me is just terrible. Update: October 12th 2020 So I had my pair of United Ortho medical walking boots adjusted. I took them to a shoemaster and he added non-skid outer material to the bottoms of them. Now its much more workable and I don't have to worry about skidding or rainy days!!😃
