These people never answer the phone and do not call back. Good luck using that stupid Eva AI. Not all insurance appts can be made through it and you have to wait DAYS for anyone to call you back, if they do. Stop being so cheap and hire someone!!!!!!!
All of the staff were kind, caring, and attentive.
Everything was great start to finish! Reception was warm and friendly! Nurses were fantastic! From pre-op nurses explaining everything going on, to the surgery suite. Don’t remember much there, other than doctor, CRNA, and nurse explaining everything that would happen, to the PACU taking good care of me! Great experience from start to finish. Thank you.
