Over and over again. They 'don't receive a script' but my doctor has confirmation they've sent it. I have called into the phone system and submitted refill requests and they 'don't receive them'. They will not call you when you're scripts are ready and they might not be testy l ready when they say they will be ready. So you have to continually go up there or call and make sure they are doing their job. It's happened so many times to me, I cannot be the only one. It gets the job done. The medication is not always on time. The store has the things you need for basic first aid. Never had a problem with the vaccinations or anything else for that matter.
Very rude and unhelpful. If you have any other option I would avoid this pharmacy at all cost.
They always get or have what I need, and it's fantastic! I don't have to go to Abilene
Love this pharmacy! They are always nice and very helpful! I live in Abilene but because of the demand for a particular medicine I need I use this pharmacy it’s a 20 min drive both ways for me but the people make it worth it!
