The customer service at this pharmacy is unacceptable, and United should be embarrassed to have their name associated with it. I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was at the location on 45th and Bell. The experience was a complete disappointment and left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. I will be switching back to Walgreens—even though I have reservations about doing so—because at least they offer a more reliable option. Amarillo truly needs another 24-hour pharmacy in town!

Web site sucks. Never have experienced a website that is so worthless. Go look at the website that CVS maintains .... United developers could take some lessons from those guys. The pharmacy staff is great and always ready to assist. Flags up for those individuals.
The staff in the pharmacy are really great and I like the shopping at the soncy store
