I switched to United from HEB because it was closer to home. However, I regret this decision because twice now, I have gone into my app, and it says my prescription was received and in progress. So I finally called and asked why it was in progress still, and they told me oh its out of stock. We should have more tomorrow. I just had surgery. I can't wait until tomorrow. All the people who work here are so kind and caring. Always eager to help. Always on top of things! Once I had a RX that was around $400 that I HAVE TO HAVE daily and didn’t have the money for that (insurance issue) They put together several RX discount cards and got it down to less than $10. They are all so great!!
