I have had numerous issues with this location over the last several months. I’ve had so many issues with curbside, the manager knows my name now. two years in a row that I bought flowers in there for Valentine's day and they were not good, and the vase leaked. when you pay $5 for a single rose it should not fall apart. when you pay $80 for a vase and arrangement, the vase should not leak. we are constantly getting food in there that is spoiled when we get it home, packaged produce, cheese, bread, etc. I'm just tired of it. if you're gonna charge the prices you are, it should have quality.
Devon is a great employee and deserves recognition! Tonight around 5:30 at the United on Frankford and 82nd there was an elderly customer in front of me in line. She wanted her groceries rang up and bagged in a very specific way. It was a busy time of day and he never lost his patience with her. He wasn’t at all bothered by the way she wanted things done. Since Albertsons purchased United, the food quality and brand selection has deteriorated. We have ordered Pilgrims pride All Natural No hormones No Antibiotic Chicken for years. The last three times we ordered chicken it has been substituted with the United brand that has no such label information and the quality of the chicken is terrible! We selected the Pilgrims Pride brand and said no substitutions and they are still being substituted for the lower quality chicken of unknown hormone/antibiotic use.
