This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. We contracted USS several months ago regarding a drainage system for our home. They started the 2-3 day project on June 3rd and now, 7 weeks later, the job is still not done. They came back 3 times to fix the damage (and a drain THEY broke) to no avail so my husband called and asked for a supervisor to come and access the damage. The project supervisor came on a Saturday and agreed there were problems and assured us they would look into how to correct the problem. USS has performed multiple jobs for us. Always with excellence and care. They've helped us manage our water issues and mitigate future potential water issues. Today they performed hopefully the final bit of work for us by installed a sump pump to address the most recent water issues we experienced by the extreme water events. Installation of foundation piers failed and USS would not work with me on a solution without spending thousands more for another solution.
