I moved to Columbus last Spring, and a good friend recommended this gym. I've always been skeptical of gyms and gym culture, but I did a few trial training sessions. Little did I know how transformative it would be for me. Todd was recommended to me by friends that have worked out with him for years. The fact that he owns United Strength, that he’s building a fantastic community of people working out for different reasons, and that all the people make me want to show up, are besides the point. United Strength has been my gym since it opened. The staff are friendly & supportive. They push me to my potential & tailor my workout to meet my goals. The gym is consistently clean & a positive environment to work out in. It’s conveniently located & provides ample parking. I would recommend this gym to anyone for group fitness, personal training or individual gym activity.
United Strength is an incredibly clean, upscale gym that honestly feels more like a private training facility than a typical commercial gym. The equipment is top-tier, everything is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is just different in a good way. What really sets it apart, though, is the community. Everyone there is focused, respectful, and supportive, which makes it a great environment to train at. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym that feels more personal and elevated than the standard options.
