I can’t recommend United Strength enough. I’ve been here since day one and can’t imagine going anywhere else. The equipment is great and the trainers are even better. Jenna, Jason, Logan, Ben, and Kara are outstanding. They all have their own style but all clearly explain the workout and goals, show the technique, and motivate you when you need it. I always feel pushed by them, and my fitness class mates, to push myself and get stronger. There are fitness classes at convenient times and they are great. Let’s talk bathrooms. ... read more

United Strength is easily the best gym in Columbus. I’ve made way more progress here than I did after a year of CrossFit. The classes are super well-planned, with a clear focus on progression, and every trainer is awesome. They keep you motivated, run the workouts smoothly, and give helpful tips along the way to make sure you’re doing everything right. It’s a great place to train, and I’m seeing real results.

I'm a huge fan of United Strength! I currently train in small group classes with Kara Shaffer 3x a week. The program is top-notch and always pushes me more than I think I can handle. I dig United Strength's small but mighty gym - it has everything you need to get your work done, is clean, and folks are super respectful and motivating in the space. I used to be more of a "big gym" girlie, but US has very much changed that for me. Great vibes, great value!
