US Warranty is a SCAM! I can't stop crying!! I bought my used F150 2014 in 2019 from GMC. I purchased this warranty for almost $4000.00. My truck has been it the shop so much with them I should be working for GMC . I have taking my truck in for repairs on my air-conditions at least 4 to 6 times, I have lost count. I was told to take into GMC for all my repairs with this warranty. I got my van through DGDG and warranty through USWarranty. AFter5 5 years i had problem with door making rumbling noise while power locking, and AC, DGDG couldn't find any problem with AC water leak on passenger side and for door, USwarranty denied claim , even though i had their platinum level, they anyway connect it to the excluded devices. Funny that they have almost every part name in exclusion which then can connect failure of actual part and deny claim . I wasted $2300 with USwarranty and dgdg. Do not ever buy warranty... read more
United States Warranty Corporation has consistently failed to provide any type of reasonable or fair "warranty services" to the customer. Customer bought the "Platinum" full mechanical breakdown service plan, but this plan has consistently been manipulated or rejected during the claims process. This Company is a joke . Don't ever buy extended warranty for your vehicle with this company , Big scam . This Company has taken me for $4,000 on my truck . I needed some work done but was denied repairs because they feel my record keeping for maintenance was inadequate for my oil changes and milage didnt add up correct . Ford recommend every 7500 miles , I have changed within 5000 miles . But still not good enough .Unfortantly this company does not realize who they are messing with .
