After three months the stove will not work and after three weeks the company is still dragging their feet and the stove does not work. Meanwhile, I'm spending more money on my heating bill than I have in 9 years.........I miss my wood stove! If the company would only stand behind their product. Purchase at your own risk, the company is of no help.
They only get one star because I HAD to leave one. Obviously they can delete their reviews as I put one up a year ago. This Company DOES NOT stand behind their product. Yes they will sent you COUNTLESS replacement parts, enough you can build a whole entire stove. But yours still won't work. No matter how many times they send out a SERVICE TECH to work on the junk they sell. Once your year warrentee is up, then you can pay over and over for the same crap they have sent you a million times. THEIR PRODUCTS are JUNK!!
