Pollution from this facility can sometimes extend 25+ miles away from the city of Clairton. It is disingenuous to argue that someone living 25 miles away from this plant is living "right next" to the coke works and should move. That is an extreme situation that has unfortunately been normalized. Furthermore, the double standard applied to this facility and with small businesses is appalling.
