In response to US Seamless. We didn't choose KACAN to manufacture our defective siding, US Seamless did. United States Seamless sold us on their "Lifetime Warranty", one you continuously deflect. If United States Seamless wants to honor their reputation, encourage KACAN to complete the task correctly. United States Seamless installed defective steel siding on our home. We have US Seamless siding on our house and it's stood up well to the weather and time. (Previous owner installed it years ago.) I didn't know what to do when a home improvement project created a need to patch a foot-square hole in my wall. I checked locally and couldn't find such a small quantity of similar siding anywhere. I called US Seamless and the Business Manager I spoke with hooked me up with an ample quantity of large enough sample pieces to do the repair. Best part? Had a local contractor install United States Seamless siding on our house 20 years ago. The paint started peeling last fall. The brochure and warranty states that the siding is their warranty. The brochure also says Lifetime Warranty. Now I’m told they don’t have any signed documentation. It’s their siding and it’s peeling but they don’t seem to care. I feel their warranty is absolutely worthless.
Lifetime warrenty is a joke! They can find every reason not to fix ptoblem under warrenty. Never, never do business with this company!!! Buyer BEWARE
