Had to replace the rear end in my 2011 Raptor. JP from US Powertrain went above and beyond making sure I was able to get the differential I needed, making sure what he had would fit, and ensuring that my truck was taken care of. It's really hard to find customer service these days who care about their customers, but having someone go back and forth making sure everything was correct is excellent. I would highly recommend US Powertrain to anyone looking.

When purchasing a transfer case it was reassured I would get my $2000 core back when I figured out my shipment as it was coming from Alaska and it didn't matter the time length when described during my purchase As this was going to be trouble getting it back to them finally figured out Shipping to get it back and they refuse to honor that. I shopped around and this company had the best price and warranty. I dealt with Ken, very professional. Shipped to the mechanics shop, and they installed. Garage shipped back and received my core charge back promptly. I'm two months into part installed, and my truck is running awesome. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks, Ken.

I purchased a complete rebuilt axle and differential from US Powertrain. It was shipped the same day I ordered it, and I received it in Florida in just 3 days. I shipped the core back and my sales rep Max immediately had it inspected and issued me the core credit. Everyone I spoke with at this company was professional and very accommodating. I could not be happier with the whole process and would not hesitate to use this company again.
