Zero stars would be preferred. Ordered a differential cleanly off their website. They call me the next day and say “we don’t understand how you got the price you did. We want more money.” I suggested they honor the price I paid, I have the invoice to prove my clean purchase from THEIR website directly, and they tell me to kick rocks. Good luck doing business with these clowns.

Had to replace the rear end in my 2011 Raptor. JP from US Powertrain went above and beyond making sure I was able to get the differential I needed, making sure what he had would fit, and ensuring that my truck was taken care of. It's really hard to find customer service these days who care about their customers, but having someone go back and forth making sure everything was correct is excellent. I would highly recommend US Powertrain to anyone looking.
