So my driver went to get loaded here on 2/10/26 and the loader loaded his back hopper with the entire load 25 tons in one hopper. and they refused to take responsibility and tried blaming my driver. when they are the ones in complete control of the material being loaded. I arrived to pick up 20 bags of limestone powder. They claimed the total weight was within the 40,000 lbs limit, even though I have the capacity for nearly 50,000 lbs, and each bag was supposed to be exactly 2,000 lbs.
