Make sure you double check your load, they wont strap every bundle down, mines was in the middle & skipped where you see tarp play, plus they make you turn your truck off while you're trapped in there for almost a hour & a half in that classic Texas heat

If you are coming here for a pickup, make sure you have at least 12 straps, 24 corner protectors, one 8 foot drop tarp, and around 40 bungees. After check in, place all your securement equipment at the very front of the trailer on the deck on the driver side. During loading, drivers are not allowed to get out of the truck. Back into the dock, turn off the engine, and give the key to the loader. The employees will put the tarps and straps on the load themselves. Was a quick unload. Delivered paper rolls. Pull in untarp and leave straps on. You get a buzzer at gate. When it goes off just back into the dock. Stop a few feet short to unstrap. Guys are fast. Was in and out within 30 minutes of untarping. Nice folks. If reloading pull out and circle round to the right then turn left. Back into space and check in with lady in trailer. Need to set trailer up certain way which she will tell you. Will not load early. Nice folks
