Aj at receiving and the security guard have been amazing, this place is an example to the rest of America, from check in to unloading and driver’s lounge. Many thanks to management!

Doors are super easy to back into. You can be 30min early for your appointment. They had a nice drivers lounge with free water, coffee and vending machines. Also a clean bathroom which is a plus! I sat in the door for about 30 minutes before they had me open my doors to unload. But once they started unloading me I was done in literally less than 10 minutes and back out!

Pulled in expecting the usual warehouse mess — but nope. Really impressed with Cold Storage. The yard is clean and easy to get in and out of. Most importantly — the restroom is clean (which says a lot for a warehouse). There’s a water cooler to fill up your bottle and even a coffee machine with a solid selection — espresso, latte, americano, whatever you need to keep rolling. Staff was friendly, check-in was smooth. One of the better places I’ve been to lately — would definitely come back.

Arrive 1350 for 1500 appt Got door immediately but wasn't allowed to check in until 1445...that's fine Check in 1445. Told to go back to truck and loader will get with me. Loader comes out 1535. Asks couple questions says there's only 3 pallets to load. Felt a little movement. Still sitting 1800 waiting for who knows what. Here 2 hours for 3 pallets. REALLY wish truckers would band together and refuse pickups at places that treat us like 2nd class citizens .......
