Can't complain. For me was everything perfect. Only 40 min for all dock, 12 pallets, paperwork. I'm not usually giving places 5stars but they had a coffee machine, so 5 stars. I wish to all have my experience at this place. If you want to park close there is no overnight parking unfortunately. But if you see a railroad on a map there are a yard that I've parked for overnight.

Have to make a useless appointment MY husband is always early yet your not allowed ck in 15 min before appointment. REDICULAS Considering they make you always wait at least minimum 2 hours later more like 4 hours. This place needs to learn from Costco Warehouse how to run a proficient Warehouse. Untill they can get it together this warehouse is very dysfunctional & wasteful & disrespectful of the Drivers & their time frame they have to go by .
