They check me in early before 7 hours my appointment give me door and within 3 hours m out thanks all workers who loaded my trailer
United States Cold Storage is one of the worst places I’ve loaded at as a reefer driver. Consistently takes 6–8+ hours to get loaded while drivers sit burning fuel and losing drive time. Staff acts like delays are normal and communication is almost nonexistent. The check-in process is painfully unorganized, and the individual working the gate seemed completely lost with basic computer and check-in procedures. Don’t come before hour inside ur appt time for pick up load cuz they’re turn on reffer at guard check in and they send u in parking area for wait i call in office appt 6pm can i come now 9am for pick up u can load me then she said yes but when i check in then she said wait for call can’t believe they call me 6:30pm 😣😡 on reffer waste fuel money
These guys were awesome! I came in here for the second of two loads and when the drives scaled overweight they reworked the whole load even though it was the first shipper who front loaded the trailer. Office staff were polite, professional and super helpful.
