My appointment was on a Saturday at 11am at U.S. cold storage. Told I could check in 2 hrs early, showed up at 0845 and was able to get checked in right away. Have your 5 digit delivery number when checking in. Make sure to check your consignee as pioneer also is here. Was put in a door right away and started unloading as soon as paperwork was turned in by dock door 22. Was unloaded at 0925 and called for paperwork at 1000

see picture for correct entry you need to go in the second entrance and then park facing the first entrance. Google want you to go in that first entrance don't pay attention to that. They can be super fast so be careful that you have time to get away from here. I've seen three or four trucks leaving less than an hour he got me done in less than an hour. Appointment was at 10 p.m. to load and they didn't start loading till 2 a.m. and got done just after 3 a.m. Just a heads up, expect to be waiting a long time to get loaded.
