Fast unloading Overnight Parking
Checking in is several text messages to be text a link and fill out more info. Would be way easier to just sign in on the link. Then 20min after you Check in from the info on a banner on their fence in their lot they text you they are ready for you to pull into their lot and wait 🤣. I had an 11am appointment, there at 10am, put in a door at 1156am to be told they are going to an hour lunch 🤣. But hey, I did eventually get unloaded so a big plus.
Only gave two stars because they have overnight parking and clean restrooms. Outside horrible experience. You have to check in using some stupid online system... they are slow as molasses left me sitting in the dock for 4hrs without letting me know they were finished the light stays on red no Call no nothing I just pulled out walked in the office and ask for my paperwork
