1 star is 1 too many! I used them for cell phone service and it was fine. I had internet service with another company and had problems with them so I went to US Cellular since I did not have troubles with them and my cell service. Boy was that a mistake. I went to the store and the girl told me it was $39.99 a month because of the promotion. Great! We have us cellular I have no idea why but we do! Last week I got online and talked to someone to get an extension four service u til the 15th of July! The person I talked to said the best they could do was the 7th I said fine I’ll just come back and get a further extension! So I contacted them on the 6th i believe asked to get the extension for the 15th again! I came to this UScellular store just days after purchasing an Apple Watch SE (cellular) from a different UScellular location, where staff had failed to properly activate the watch before I left. At this store, they did attempt to troubleshoot the issue, including trying a different watch. However, when that didn’t work, the only solution offered was for me to purchase another watch for an $200 . Lexi, the store manager, was not helpful and didn’t offer any meaningful support.
