Experienced non existent customer service, rudeness, continuous mistakes and cover ups. Would not recommend this place at all. I'm going to break this review into pieces to fairly assess each element that went down. Looking at a car: the store lists by appointment only, I called and emailed and was never able to reach them. When I decided to visit the car directly there was no one else there, when inspecting the car the battery was dead (no worries it happens) but i was given no information or conversation about the car. The sales person was disrespectful to my partner, talking over him when he tried to ask questions. He tried to sell us a car that had been crashed and told us we could fix the damage for less than $100.00 when in reality it would have cost thousands. He also tried to tell us that the edges of the rear door that were rusted out and missing bits was merely cosmetic. The hood was so full of stone chips it looked like a load of gravel had been dumped on it. And all this could be ours for $11,000.00 plus taxes, registration etc. ... read more
