I called in to speak with a salesperson about a multi-million dollar project, which had a few unique challenges as construction projects often do. The salesperson raised their voice on multiple occasions and used the F-word to describe our overall project. In 35 years of business, this salesperson is the most unprofessional and rude one I have ever encountered. If this company continues to let this person represent them, they will lose out on many projects.
