i was told by Rocio back in December that in order for us to be on the wait list our insurance would have to submit the authorization over to them. i did exactly that. i even sent her a message letting her know exactly when i was going to do it. she never put me on the wait list, never followed up. once i reached out she started ignoring my messages probably because she messed up! Wasted 4 months of my daughters time when we could of been getting services elsewhere.
My daughter’s journey with United Speech ended at the beginning of the month. Ms Kristina and Ms Giselle gave her so much love and were so patient with her. My daughter started communicating her needs more. I can’t thank them enough for all their support and encouragement for the past year
I have nothing but great things to say about United Speech. We were with United Speech for exactly one year. My son was getting speech therapy from both teacher Gee Ann and teacher Victoria. And both worked great with him. Teacher Gee Ann connected with my son since day one. She kept him fully engaged with her fun and animated teaching style, applying all the necessary speech tools to help him. My son had Ms. Liz as his speech therapist. I have to say I think Ms. Liz was his favorite therapist from all the other therapists he had. I requested a bilingual therapist and Ms. Liz was great at giving the therapy sessions in English and Spanish. She was so sweet and caring towards my son. Truly great at what she does.
