This is only my 2nd review ever. I am a 71 year old retiree who recently was lucky enough to recieve services from United Spa. I have had the hot tub for 13 years, but due to life's complications, I was not able to get the hot tub up and running until a couple of months ago!! I must say that United Spa is one of the best vendors I have ever dealt with. They provide a super high quality swim spa at a more than fair price. Tim and the whole staff at United Spa Manufacturing were a real pleasure to deal with. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The quality of materials and the workmanship is tops in the industry. The delivery and placement of the swim spa went without a single issue. We are completely satisfied. my wife I went to united spas on may 5th an purchased the Caliente an it was delivered on July 13th. We are very satisfied with the professionalism that there people showed in doing there job.
