I would like to acknowledge Greta at the Okahumka branch. Her customer service is exceptional! Everytime I go through their drive through she immediately greets me by name as soon as I pull up. She is the only employee who does that out of all the branches I stop at. I have become partial to that branch for that reason. Her friendliness actually makes my day when I pull in ther after work. She really is an A1 Customer Service person, your bank is very lucky to have such an employee. She really makes a difference. Thank you.

Drove up to the window teller to ask her to change a hundred dollar bill so I could go across the street to vacuum out my truck, she asked me if I was member of their bank I said no she said she couldn't cash it, I never heard of a bank refusing to make change for a person, I asked to talk to the manager, I sat there a good 5 minutes and nobody came to the window, so I went next door to Dunkin Donuts and they cashed it, this bank is very unfriendly.
