I have used many banks in my lifetime and have had United Southern Bank since 1995 and I can only say that they are the very best bank ever. I have bought several homes with their help and their customer service is the very best. You are not just a bank account number with them, you are family. My husband and I know many of the employees by name and they know us and greet us by our first names. That's the personal touch that makes a good bank and that is why I have been with them for so very long.
While the people are great, being a very small institution they have no flexibility and are more fixated on what they cannot do than what they can.
Best bank ever! They call me personally any time there might be a problem. They are the most helpful and awesome bank on the earth. If i did not bank with USB i would not use a bank

If you liked banking in the 70s, this is the place for you. Outdated policies and procedures. Horrible customer service, even when THEY make a mistake.
