I am a Realtor with RE/MAX in FL and my client ATTEMPTED to get a loan with Carrie Cribb, Residential Lender at the Wildwood Office. There was no communication what so ever from the beginning of the process and even after the loan was denied (Three weeks later). They are probably the worst bank you could use. They love to cancel cards that aren’t expired but then they say it’s Bc it’s expired. Lol what a joke you all are

I truly love that USB is your hometown bank located only in Lake County. USB always provides excellent customer service. If you’re ever in Clermont stop in and see Sherry or Margaret! Also, Carmen in the call center is full of positive energy and is eager to assist you in any way. If you’re looking for a community bank, look no further!
discrimination...no loan to a disabled couple
I have used many banks in my lifetime and have had United Southern Bank since 1995 and I can only say that they are the very best bank ever. I have bought several homes with their help and their customer service is the very best. You are not just a bank account number with them, you are family. My husband and I know many of the employees by name and they know us and greet us by our first names. That's the personal touch that makes a good bank and that is why I have been with them for so very long.
While the people are great, being a very small institution they have no flexibility and are more fixated on what they cannot do than what they can.
Best bank ever! They call me personally any time there might be a problem. They are the most helpful and awesome bank on the earth. If i did not bank with USB i would not use a bank
