Victoria was very patient and knowledgeable, explaining every step and periodically checking on me. She was there for both sessions. The room was spotless, as well as the waiting area and restrooms. My last visit, the gentleman set up and showed me how to use the machine on my own.
Been trying to schedule for 1 week. Legit calling every single day. No answer.
Sadly there is no zero stars to review this place, I drove an hour and a half to bring my wife to a sleep study. After 30 minutes of waiting in the parking lot, in the Great Neck location, I started to call all the branches to see what happened because it was closed. After a few calls, someone from the New York branch answered the phone promising that the supervisor would call me back. Something that never happened. We lost time and money. Be aware of this location and this company.
