I definitely don't recommend use this company 1)they asked $400+ for 30 days of service that super expensive 2) I was waiting for them to give a quote 10 minutes on the phone,she asked me 100 questions before that
Horrible customer service. Quote they sent was incorrect. Prices are outrageous. One representative said we were confirmed for delivery and when I called to ask about the incorrect quote was told they had no more potties available. Will never do business with them again!
1000$ minimum for event fee… avoid them at all cost
The best customer service in CT. The Drivers / tech really care and work very hard to provide the greatest customer service you will ever have in your life. I really recommend this company to everyone in need of a Potty.
Horrible customer service. They've gone down over the last 2 years. They can't even place the portolet where you tell them. Drivers just drop them and never call you. They don't care. They promise you a credit on your account but then never give it. They overcharge you as well. Bait n switch and keep billing you. Horrible. Don't use them, you will regret it. Use anyone else.
