United Site Services COMPLETELY FAILED TO DELIVER on a prepaid porta-potty rental for a large group (100+) camping event. Despite booking weeks in advance, providing a site map, and paying upfront, the RESTROOMS NEVER ARRIVED. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience with this company. They took advantage of severe weather complications and walked away with our money. The reviews here don't lie. Can you imagine: we hired and payed them for service at Burning Man 2023 (the year it rained). They, of course, required the payment upfront. Then they never fulfilled the service we paid for (due to the weather conditions) and then refused to refund us. They also threatened that if we made an issue of the payment that they would have us blacklisted.
To Anyone Using United Site Services. I recently ordered a Porta-Potty to be delivered to my jobsite. I ordered this through United Site Services and spoke to a woman there who takes orders. I wanted the Porta-Potty for 2 months which I estimated to be the length of the job. I was informed of the price for the two months of rental along with a twice weekly site service to empty the toilet. the cost for this service including delivery and pick up was $ 802.53.
