I was skeptical about the quality of this company because it had such a low rating but I have absolutely no complaints! I rented a standard porta potty for my wedding this past weekend and everything went as planned, delivery was fast and efficient and the delivery person was very nice!
We used millers for yrs before it was bought by this company, this is the 2nd or 3 rd yr we tried to give them time but the issues are never ending from not being cleaned ,locking us out of our own gate,being delivered with almost no water and no hand sanitizer in it all after costing more immediately BUT the real kicker is when I called for service this spring and when going through the process being told I was owed 2credits totaling almost 300.00 dollars and then when asking why my money had been keep for almost a yr and n... read more
Absolutely the worst service possible. There was one singular helpful person on customer support while the rest absolutely dropped the ball. After taking my money and sending me a receipt days in advance, on the day of delivery I'm left with nothing. Delivery was for today but they didn't deliver because they "thought it was for next weekend". All staff went home for the day and any solutions to fix their mistake were dismissed. Extremely disappointing.
