Unsatisfied customer! Iam a foreman for a local construction company. I call United to see why the port-a-potty on one of are sites was not serviced for 2 weeks. After being on hold for 20 minutes and being disconnected I finally got to speak with a representative. She couldn't tell me when they would be able to get someone out to service, or why it had not be done.
