Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely awful company to deal with. We are forced to use them through our building provider and they frequently miss our water tank fill up. Their customer service is pleasant but supremely ineffective. Today is the second time in a month where they've missed a water tank fill up. We have no bathroom or running water option without them. Rented a few units for an event and the customer service was excellent, the driver came out and was friendly and even gave me a free case of toilet paper. I would recommend for portable units.
Used this company for a friends wedding. Quick on the response time. Made sure units were stocked and cleaned. Hand wash stations were refilled frequently. Odor at a bare minimum. I’d use them again
A horrible place to deal with. They sell a lot of lies with their lack of service and will promptly drop off but rarely service the pots. I can not recommend anyone deal with nonsense like this while trying to run work. Is a lot better companies for jobsite pots
