1 of these stars are for the former employees of Mr. John. Since becoming United Site Services the service has gone completely downhill. They charge $$$ for servicing the units, but they will only take photos of the logs and not actually service. Getting through to someone outside of the call center is a PITA. There are MUCH better companies out there... I would advise to not use them for services.
