If I could give a -5 I would. The worst company to deal with. They oversell, overcharge and after several attempts to get them to deliver the Porta Potty to the right location I had them take it away and used Sweet Septic in Seaside instead (they were amazing!) The Porta Potty was delivered July 31st and removed August 4 (because that was the earliest they could remove it) then they sent me an invoice for $350. The worst, do not recommend.
The worst customer service ever, the agent over the phone has never have a customer service training she is stupid and rude what an absurd combination, she tells you a quote and after says that is not a quote because she hasn't included the "taxes", then I ask her "what taxes exactly are you talking about" since we are located in OR and there's no taxes for consumers...then she said she would need to check, oh my God if this Tania picks up the phone go ahead and save your time, just hang up.
What a terrible business model for a small town!! Tried to call locally, got put into the national line, was quoted a ridiculous price of $750 for a “few hours” of a “special event”. I’m trying to provide basic sanitation for 3 visitors camping on our farm, for about 2 weeks. When I tried to ask questions, I was interrupted and talked over. I was pushed for my contact info to “get a quote”. I finally had enough and hung up. One star is too generous.
Toilets smell like 10 cans of rotten tuna!VERY VERY DISGUSTING! USED PORTABLE TOILET AT JOB SITE AT ASTORIA HIGH SCHOOL!
