We have been using this service company for years and we are about to switch. They have really gone downhill. Over the last 6 months they have skipped our cleaning about 1/2 of the time, even going one month without coming (they are supposed to come weekly) and I called many times and they would give us a new date and then never show up. You have to call them to get a credit for missed services instead of them automatically giving you the credit on their end. United could not maintain a pump out schedule for 2 porta-potty units on a construction site. Had to call and email numerous times. Almost had to shut the project down on 2 occasions because the porta potties were in such bad shape and violated OSHA regulations. If there was another company that serviced King William we would not hesitate to change providers. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY. i WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR BUT HAD TO TO POST

We ordered, confirmed and paid for two porta potty's and a hand washing station for a party we were having on last Sunday. They took our payment and confirmed the units would be dropped of on Thursday and picked up on Tuesday. However, Thursday came and went with no delivery and no call. Friday still no units and no courtesy call, I called Friday afternoon and I'm put on hold and then I was told they have no delivery drivers for our area and there is nothing they can do.
