Just wanted to say that the attendant on our route, Justin, is a delightful young man. He's conscientious, personable and hard-working and all with a smile on his face. Thank you for making the experience a nice one.
Customer service is nice but we have a contract for pump service and I still have to manage them and deal with no shows/lying.
I've used their dumpster services for my shop. Dispatch sent the truck at the time we asked for. Driver was courteous and was able to get the dumpster prefect by our semi dock and the pick up happened exactly as it was scheduled. They made the process very easy.
